The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from pre-construction to project completion. The role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
The Project Manager oversees project execution, manages project teams and subcontractors, monitors project costs and schedules, and maintains strong coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, and government agencies.
Qualifications/Requirements- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Capable of managing multiple projects and working under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites as needed
