- Assisting walk-in clients, promoting and explaining the products
- Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and research.
- Generating leads and reaching out to prospects, and clients.
- Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
- Track sales metrics and report performance to management on a regular basis.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field.
- At least one (1) year of sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Smart, confident, and self-motivated.
- Team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
