Inside Sales Executive B2B (Luzon)

Job Description

The Inside B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving patient acquisition within an assigned geographic area by building strong referral networks and ensuring consistent on-the-ground execution.

The primary focus is to generate new patient referrals by actively engaging hospitals, doctors, freelance referral agents, local government units (LGUs), and funding stakeholders.

The SE works closely with the Business Development team, which leads strategic partnerships, funding strategy, and contract negotiations, while this role ensures execution, relationship management, and continuous patient and funding flow at the local level.

Objectives:

1. To make a profit for the company through sales with customer satisfaction.
2. To sell the company's products and services , provide information that clients are looking for, and conclude contracts.
3. To achieve high sales quotas as a top salesman/woman.
4. To propose about what kind of approach is efficient to increase profits and to take on the responsibility of researching and creating plans for selling.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
• Experience in field sales, medical sales, or healthcare engagement
• Experience working with hospitals, doctors, LGUs, or government agencies in the Philippines is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
