Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent across operations, sales, collections, and support functions. This role requires experience in high-volume hiring within fintech, lending, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Support high-volume hiring for operations, sales, collections, and back-office roles
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Partner with agencies and external vendors when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of recruitment experience
- Preferably with experience in fintech, lending, banking, or device financing industry
- Experience in volume hiring is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Preferred:
- Background in loan, lending, collections, or device financing companies
- Experience working with recruitment agencies is an advantage
