Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical Recruitment) | Onsite | AU Shift

Schedule: AU Shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM PHT)

Job Summary

We are looking for a deadline-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and technical requirements
• Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Source and screen candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person)
• Coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders
• Perform background and reference checks
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Manage offers and complete recruitment documentation
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates
• Monitor recruitment metrics and support workforce planning

• At least 2–5+ years of recruitment experience (technical hiring preferred)
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
• Experience using recruitment platforms and ATS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
