About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Daila Herbal Community Enterprises, Inc. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila and will play a crucial role in expanding our sales and customer base.
What you'll be doing- Proactively reach out to new potential customers to generate sales leads
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to promote our range of herbal products
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods or health/wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Passionate about natural and herbal products
