Logistic Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily shipments and deliveries.
• Liaise with truckers, forwarders, and shipping lines for scheduling.
• Analyze sales orders and manage deployment.
• Monitor incoming shipments and ensure hygienic handling of container vans.
• Generate and distribute logistic documentation accurately.
• Ensure stock availability before scheduling shipments.
• Act as liaison for container tracking with customers.
• Process RRM and ADBO for stock transfers and bad orders.
• Verify trucker billings and assist in resolving discrepancies with the accounting department.
• Monitor daily sales summaries and pending orders.
• Implement company rules and regulations.
• Supervising Logistic Operation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Basic computer skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and warehousing.
• Preferably a licensed driver.
• Familiar with shipment documentation.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.
• Preferably lives in Canduman, Mandaue, or is willing to relocate.
