Is currently looking for:

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY SUPERVISOR

Job Details:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or any related field.
• Must have at least 3-5 years work experience in logistics, manufacturing, production and delivery operations and sales and marketing is highly preferred.
• Have a strong understanding of production processes, including manufacturing techniques, quality control, efficiency improvement strategies and manpower management.
• Proficient knowledge of logistics and supply chain management concepts, distribution of products, and ability to optimize delivery routes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of production and delivery personnel to accomplish quality results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, senior management, and other departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production and delivery issues promptly. Ability to make informed decisions quickly while considering various factors such as cost, quality, timelines and manpower.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using project management tools and technology to track production and delivery routes and schedules.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a production environment to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and environmental regulations.
• Knowledge in HR regulations. Coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. Initiating and coordinating to implement company policies and operational procedures and systems.
• Must be physically fit and strong stamina for standing long hours may require and/or on the night shift schedule.
• Computer literate (Microsoft word and excel).
• Good communication skills.
• Patience, honest and trustworthy.
• Can work simultaneously and can do multitasking.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, on holidays, on weekends and on day-offs.
• Can work extended hours.
