WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to join our Banquet Services team. The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost control. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the restaurant or catering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control warehouse manpower utilization and consumable expenses
• Schedule, assign, and supervise warehouse personnel
• Prepare accurate pack lists for events at least 3–5 days prior to the event
• Ensure all pack list items are correct, clean, and in good working condition
• Check and monitor unreturned items from Front Office (service and rentals)
• Verify rental items based on equipment summary sheets
• Encode daily L&B, linen, and décor pack lists accurately
• Maintain inventory through monthly physical counts, variance reconciliation, and data encoding
• Organize warehouse floor space in accordance with storage design principles and recommend improvements
• Forecast and monitor warehouse equipment requirements
• Assist in developing projects and initiatives to improve warehouse systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business-related course (Bachelor’s degree required)
• At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in warehouse operations
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Preferably with supervisory background in the restaurant or catering industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule
• Can start immediately
