Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor | QC

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and coordinate logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize processes to improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock audits
• Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams for timely deliveries
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures
• Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and workflow processes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, logistics performance, and operational metrics
• Resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or delays

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics supervision (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

• Experience with process improvement or lean warehouse practices
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
