Work Setup: OnsiteWork Schedule: Monday to Saturday

The Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth inventory movement, delivery coordination, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on leading warehouse teams, improving processes, controlling costs, and maintaining accurate inventory while ensuring timely and efficient supply chain operations.

• Supervise end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory movement, receiving, dispatch, and delivery coordination
• Manage and lead warehouse staff and team leads, ensuring productivity, operational efficiency, and smooth day-to-day workflow across logistics and warehouse operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance and ensure daily operations are completed accurately and on time
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve warehouse and logistics expenses
• Ensure proper inventory control, stock accuracy, and efficient warehouse space utilization
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely movement of goods and smooth supply chain operations
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs related to warehouse and logistics performance
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Support process improvements and drive operational efficiency across warehouse functions
• Promote company culture centered on honesty, integrity, speed, accountability, and willingness to go the extra mile

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations with supervisory experience
• Strong people management experience, with exposure to handling teams and team leads
• Background from FMCG, retail (non-electronics), or pharmaceutical industries preferred
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced), including pivot tables and reporting
• Industrial Engineering graduate or process-oriented background is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and cost management mindset
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City from Monday to Saturday
