Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., needs, budget, decision-making authority)
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system
- Schedule appointments or endorse qualified leads to the sales team
- Send product information, brochures, and introductory materials to prospects
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads until they are ready for sales engagement
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
- Monitor and report on lead generation performance and activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Strong research and data-gathering skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must have laptop or desktop and stable internet connection at home
