About the Role:
As a Growth Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel growth marketing initiatives while managing the sales and marketing tech stack.In this role, you will create and optimize lead lists, contact selection and enrichment, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. While working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and automation, ensuring our outreach and engagement processes are efficient, well organized and data-driven.

Key accountabilities:
Growth Marketing, Lead Selection & Lead Generation- Lead selection through RPA and various lead sources
- Full responsibility over contact data management (database management, enrichment, cleansing, deduplication, verification, normalization, …)
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email outreach, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads, webinars, events), in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers, to support brand positioning and lead nurturing.
- Implement and refine lead scoring models to improve sales efficiency.
- Execute the technical and conversion related setup of SEO, SEA, SEM and GEO strategies
- Manage automated lead nurturing sequences to guide prospects through the funnel.
- Manage lead search and selection via lead selection and enrichment tools.
- Own and optimize the complete Sales & Marketing tech stack setup ensuring seamless contact creation, preparation tracking, scoring, and reporting.
- Manage sales engagement platforms for automated email outreach and campaigns.
- Oversee Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Outreach strategies for outbound prospecting.
- Automate workflows and integrations between the used platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration and automation across all platforms to optimize workflows and lead management.
- Utilize analytic- and reporting tools to track lead generation, campaign and sales performance.
- Continuously test, evaluate, and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance sales and marketing processes.
- Actively monitor and provide reporting on lead generation outcome and results vs costs.
- Track and benchmark inbound and outbound lead performance per channel (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, organic).
- Pipeline and performance reporting: analyze conversion rates across the sales funnel, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Align closely with regional sales teams to support their prospecting efforts with data-driven insights.
- Taking a budget vs result driven approach by measuring the performance of the tools being used.
- Understand and ‘translate’ sales and marketing briefs into usable and segmented contact data.
- Develop and optimize automated lead qualification and scoring systems to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and synchronization across platforms.
- Build real-time dashboards and reports to provide visibility into marketing and sales performance.
- Work closely with local sales teams to ensure campaigns align with regional sales strategies.
- Train and support teams in utilizing the tech stack effectively.
- Standardize lead allocation processes based on product-market fit and regional priorities.
- Stay updated on both existing and new technologies related to sales engagement, growth marketing, campaign tooling and contact data generation and management.
Essential skills:
- 5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, preferably in B2B or outsourcing.
- Hands-on and proven experience managing and working with for example HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, MS Excel, Google Analytics and Power BI
- Knowledge and experience in working with web scraping tools or collaborating with a technical team specialized in this area.
- Strong background in SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and automation workflows.
- Proven experience on data enrichment tools such as Seamless.ai, Lusha and other lead sources.
- Proven ability to track and optimize sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Used to regular, consistent and active reporting to stakeholders
- Knowledge and awareness of international and regional restrictions regarding privacy regulation (GDPR)
- Knowledge, awareness and safeguarding of domain (name) reputation
- Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Outreach strategies for outbound prospecting.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization.
- Organized, meticulous, focused and (internal) customer oriented.
- Pro-active mindset in understanding sales and marketing targets
- Understand the impact of international (cultural) differences and willing to do research
- Proficiency in CRM and automation tools for sales and marketing.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams and align efforts for maximum impact.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.
