Qualifications:

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ At least 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience

✔ Experienced in conducting interviews within a high-volume BPO recruitment environment

Key Responsibilities:

Meet daily and weekly hiring targets for phone interview passers
Conduct candidate screening and interviews
Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment trackers
Monitor online job portals and sourcing channels
Participate in recruitment activities, meetings, and calibration sessions
Support walk-in and off-site recruitment events
