- Lead product implementation team handling onboarding and ongoing client configurations
- Set up restaurant systems accurately based on operational needs and workflows
- Fix and update existing client configurations without disrupting live operations
- Improve speed, accuracy, and quality of onboarding and product support work
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product experience for restaurants
- Experience leading large operational or product operations teams
- Strong background in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or technical operations
- Comfortable working with complex systems, workflows, or configuration-heavy platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume, customer-critical environments
