Sr. Manager- Human Resources & Organizational Development

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the Human Resources department, overseeing daily operations while driving strategic workforce planning. You will be instrumental in shaping company culture, designing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring legal compliance.

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR technology to foster a productive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide the HR team, setting team goals and tracking progress.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Policy Development: Design and implement company policies that promote a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR procedures comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • HR Analytics: Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, cost-per-hire) to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting: Review and manage the HR department budget.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiar with HR Ai Tools
  • Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation and best practices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and foster healthy employee relations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership.
  • Certification: HR certification
