Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, notices, certifications)

  • Assist in handling employee concerns and inquiries
  1. Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
  1. Administrative Support
  • Provide general HR and clerical support
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related concerns
  • Perform other HR tasks as assigned
