MSpectrum is a solar power company built with Meralco's energy expertise and service standards. The Project-based Recruitment Coordinator assists the Human Resource and Administrative Team in sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruitment
- Pre-boarding
- Onboarding
- Administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Open to working on a 6-month project, subject to extension.
- Bachelor's degree graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of HR-Recruitment experience in the Solar and/or Construction industries. Recruitment experience in other industries are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
