About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team's day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination across processes, maintaining accurate data, and supporting various initiatives including program management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain referral tracking for the Associate Recruitment team, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Support the coordination of the Summer Shadowing Program by liaising with students and partner practices, issuing agreements, tracking deadlines, and conducting follow-ups
  • Process and monitor expense reports related to program activities
  • Create simple visual materials using Canva, including presentations, social media content, and internal documents
  • Prepare, update, and maintain Excel-based reports for tracking, auditing, and basic data analysis
  • Organize and maintain documentation, files, and workflows to ensure easy access and efficiency
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and team initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Coordinator, Analyst, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, basic formulas, and reporting
  • Ability to perform basic data analysis and interpret information accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
  • Willing to work night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to align with U.S. operations.
