JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

The Junior Project Engineer will assist the project manager and project team with project documentation, scheduling, and construction supervision. The role requires adaptability in handling multiple tasks and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in line with client requirements and company objectives.
• Resource Management: Support in allocating and monitoring project resources, including engineering staff, materials, and equipment.
• Design and Engineering: Provide technical input in design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in quality control procedures to maintain project standards.
• Risk Management: Help identify and address potential project risks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
• Client Communication: Support communication with clients, helping to address concerns and provide updates.
• Team Collaboration: Work with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Flexible to relocate within the Philippines is preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license and know how to drive a motorcycle.
