The Project Manager / Sr. Project Manager leads the whole Project Team in carrying out the daily on-site verification of construction works, leading all the project proponents therein, coordinating the progress of the job and regularly reporting to management on the periodic accomplishments, completion, at budget costs and within quality standards.

• Responsible for providing on-site verification of Contract works, contractors Quality Assurance System and all on-site activities
• Carries out regular surveillance of the Project Works in accordance with the Project Monitoring Plan and working to solve problems that may arise either during the construction process or with the finished structure
• Leads the Team in the review of the contractors’ Construction Method Statements, Process Control Plans, Inspection and Test plans, and other similar quality control/quality assurance mechanisms
• Monitors construction activities to check compliance with the Project Deed, Design Documentation and Specifications
• Regularly reviews the compliance records and test results, survey set out/compliance reports to ensure compliance with approved design and specification
• Commitment to deliver the project on approved budget & agreed timeline
• Maintains orderliness in the project site and mitigating safety hazards
• Full compliance with the related Policies and Procedures of the company

• Licensed Engineer or Architect
• Minimum 12 years engineering/construction work experience
• Above-average academic records
