is currently looking for a:

PROJECT ENGINEER

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field preferred.
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• At least 2 years experience in Vertical and Horizontal construction is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AUTOCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
• Proficient in using construction management software.
• Excellent planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Can communicate, manage and handle skilled skilled workers.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Willing to be assigned in project sites within and outside Cebu.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct on site investigation and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Responsible for project running cost monitoring and can do estimate costing.
• Responsible for interpreting construction plans and understanding the detailed lay out of the site.
• In-charge of site supervision and quality control.
• Implementation of Site Construction Safety and Health.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
