Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a driven, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing outsourcing, HR, and staffing services business. This role focuses on lead generation, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting, primarily targeting the Australian market.

• Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
• Perform data scraping, list building, and data scrubbing to ensure high-quality lead lists
• Use tools such as Apollo and Hunter.io for lead generation and contact discovery
• Set qualified appointments to the team (minimum of 2 per week)
• Manage and track leads using CRM platforms (GoHighLevel)
• Execute outreach campaigns aligned with company services (outsourcing, BPO, staffing solutions)
• Handle objections confidently and effectively during calls
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline updates
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and targeting

• Proven experience in SDR, lead generation and appointment setting roles
• Driven, self-starter mindset with strong drive to hit targets
• Strong communication and phone skills (heavy outbound calling required)
• Experience targeting international markets (Australia preferred)
• Familiarity with lead generation tools (Apollo, Hunter.io, Zoom Info)
• Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
• Strong objection-handling skills
• Background in outsourcing, HR, recruitment, or BPO services
• Ability to create and deliver presentations (big plus)
