Job Description

The SAP ABAP MDG Consultant needs to have strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP development and a deep understanding of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). He will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions to enhance and support SAP MDG processes, ensuring high data quality and consistency across the enterprise.

The key responsibilities are:

Develop and enhance ABAP programs for SAP MDG applications

Configure and customize SAP MDG workflows, data models, and UI enhancements.

Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Implement BRF+ rules, enhancements using BADI, enhancement points, and user exits.

Develop and maintain data replication and data quality validation rules.

Handle mass data uploads via LSMW, BAPIs, or IDOCs for MDG-related master data.
