As MDM Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and governance of the bank’s Master Data Management strategy. This role leads a team of MDM designers, ensures integration of critical data sources, and establishes rules, standards, and documentation that maintain data consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
The MDM Lead collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to align MDM initiatives with organizational goals, oversee enhancements, and ensure downstream users adhere to MDM policies.
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, data governance, or data architecture
- Strong expertise in MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and data quality management frameworks
- Knowledge of data governance standards, compliance, and industry best practices
