JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Team Leadership- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
- Develop competitive commission schemes that align with company goals and motivate the sales team
- Create comprehensive documentation outlining the commission structure, eligibility, and payout criteria
- Track sales performance and ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of commissions.
- Periodically review and adjust the commission scheme based on business needs and feedback.
- Establish clear and achievable collection quotas based on financial targets and historical data.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize the recovery of outstanding debts.
- Lead and manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance and training.
- Continuously monitor collection efforts and progress towards meeting quotas.
- Oversee and manage travel expenses for the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
- Develop and enforce travel policies to optimize travel expenditures.
- Approve and process travel expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure that the team is knowledgeable about the products and services that the company provides, as well as the proper product presentation or promotion.
- Conduct performance evaluations and apply necessary actions based on the results.
- Implement performance improvement plans when needed.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and measure success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Supervise day-to-day sales operations and submit reports regularly.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the President on sales performance.
- Address challenges and obstacles that may hinder the achievement of sales goals.
- Develop creative solutions to overcome sales-related issues.
Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any business-related course.
- With 5-10 years relevant experience in sales, holding at least 3 years in leadership role.
- Prior background in automotive , trucking, or other similar field is preferred.
- Amenable to work from Monday to Saturday and conduct frequent fieldwork.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet team sales targets.
