What you'll do:

Business Development
  • Prepare, conduct, and implement Business Plan/Reviews with Key Accounts.
  • Adequate knowledge of your customer’s business: long term goals, mission and vision, organizational structure, and policies.
  • Prepare annually short and long-term forecasts for different SKUs.
  • Orchestrate and coordinate info resources and activities needed to support customer before, during and after sales.
Trade Marketing Information
  • Conduct and analyze market needs and opportunities to interpret data into actionable information.
  • Monitor current market position.
  • Identifies and evaluates significant competitors on the ff: market development strategy, product development, sales movement, financial resources, and people resources.
  • Shopper’s profile: Purchasing habits, household income, demographic profile, and assessment of purchase.
  • Build and maintain informal channels that will help in the achievement of the plan.
Sales Promotion and Support
  • Initiate, develop, and implement sales promotional program for key accounts consistent with business plan objective and brand objective.
  • Evaluate sales promotions: long term and short-term effect to the brand and cost against the benefits achieved.
  • Justify and recommend mass display allowances benefiting the company and the key accounts.
Merchandising and Inventory Management
  • Provide accurate forecasts of POPs and other merchandising requirements needed in the outlet with check and control monitoring system.
  • Conduct regular briefing orientation and on-the-job training of the agency coordinators through their Agency Leads.
  • Ensure effective and efficient implementation of merchandising materials based on company guidelines and outlet regularity.
  • Ensure proper implementation of suggested retail price, effective implementation of category management and space management principles in the outlet.
  • Ensure proper and consistent implementation of inventory control objective at the store level.
  • Set direction, ensure and monitor effective implementation of merchandiser job responsibility in the outlets.
  • Coordinate all agents of product and service delivery, making sure that the customer understands what is happening at every stage.
  • Speed in launching new products.
Administrative
  • Maintain an efficient good record-keeping system, completes routine paperwork, and make sure that their administrative activities do not interfere with customer related tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to credit terms and limits of the account.
  • Take the lead in the reconciliation of accounting records between the company and the accounts.
  • Monitor and control sales operational expense while ensuring good customer satisfaction: mass display adherence, merchandising expense, trade dealer support budget, account receivable management and company properties.
  • Submit reports to meet requests of customers and management.
  • Check and attend to customer complaints and inquiry within prescribed time.
