Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for volume hiring (international accounts).
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team including recruiters, sourcing specialists, coordinators, and recruitment supervisors.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets and recruitment performance metrics.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
  • Partner with Operations and stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and workforce requirements.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality of hire.
  • Manage recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and recruitment tools/platforms.
  • Conduct calibration sessions with hiring managers to align recruitment standards and expectations.
  • Analyze recruitment data and generate reports on hiring trends, attrition, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
  • Lead recruitment projects related to expansion, seasonal ramping, and new account launches.
  • Coach and develop recruitment leaders and team members through regular performance management and mentoring.
Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership or managerial role handling recruitment teams.
  • Strong experience in high-volume hiring and volume ramp management.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor practices and recruitment compliance.
  • Proven experience handling stakeholder management and client-facing recruitment support.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), recruitment analytics, and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
