Qualifications
College graduate (Business, Marketing, or a related course is an advantage) Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a sales team Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is an advantage Can start ASAP Willing to work in Paranaque City
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own portfolio of client accounts and consistently achieve individual sales targets. Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and provide regular feedback to improve results.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities. Ensure timely follow-up of inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to maximize sales conversions. Develop a deep understanding of Bestpak’s products and guide the team in recommending the best packaging solutions.
Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service. Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to increase revenue and improve team productivity. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
