Are you a skilled, safety-conscious professional with warehouse experience? Bostik Philippines is looking for a Factory Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic logistics team.

Work Location: Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse and logistics operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
Ensure on‑time delivery and optimal outbound/inbound logistics performance.
Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock movement.
Assign tasks, manage schedules, and lead logistics and warehouse staff.
Enforce safety rules, 5S, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Transport teams.
Investigate shipment issues, delays, discrepancies, and damages.
Prepare reports on KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, productivity, and costs.
Support process improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Working knowledge of WMS, SAP, or inventory systems.
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.

Certifications

NC II (HEO) Forklift Certification required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
