The Home Solution Product Director leads the development and execution of sustainable product strategies, ensuring alignment with environmental goals and business objectives. It also liaises with Korean counterparts at headquarters and local stakeholders of Philippines.

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for eco-friendly products, ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the eco-solutions sector.
• Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and launch of innovative, sustainable products that meet regulatory and environmental standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, regulatory bodies, and environmental organizations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and improvements based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
• Liaises with Korean counterparts at headquarters and local stakeholders.

• Fluency in Korean and English language
• Proven experience in Marketing and Sales Management role, preferably within the same industry/sector.
• Higher studies in the area of Foreign Trade, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related careers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
