MARKETING DIRECTOR - OVERSEE THE ENTIRE MARKETING PLANS, STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION TO SUPPORT BUSINESS GROWTH AMBITIONS.. COORDINATE AND FACILITATE PRODUCT IMPORTATION WITH FOREIGN SUPPLIERS ABROAD. FINALIZE CONTRACTS FOR CLIENTS AND MANAGE THE COMPANY'S REQUIREMENTS IN MEETING CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION.ENSURE THE TEAM FOLLOWS STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR ALL OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RECOMMEND ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL FOR ANNUAL SALARY INCREMENTS AND BENEFITS OF EMPLOYEE'S AS PER COMPANY POLICY.REPRESENT THE COMPANY IN ALL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE REQUIRED BY MANAGEMENT AND PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES REQUIRED BY MANAGEMENT AND PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES REQUIRED FROM TIME TO TIME.
Qualifications/Requirements- Possesses at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies.
