Sales assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and handle payments.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to meet sales targets.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the team for replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area.
• Support in receiving and unpacking deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and customer transactions.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and updates for management.
• Support the sales team in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree or at least college-level in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in sales or retail customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge in cash handling and POS systems.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
