We’re on the hunt for an Outbound Sales Assistant who thrives on building relationships, re-engaging leads, and driving booked appointments. This is not your typical cold-call grind; you're following up with contacts who already showed interest but didn’t take the next step.Your job? Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and aging leads, no cold prospecting.
- Reignite interest by confirming prior outreach and addressing concerns or hesitations.
- Reschedule missed or canceled consultations and move prospects back into the sales pipeline.
- Act as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed.
- Listen for objections and counter with clear, confident, value-driven messaging.
- Keep detailed notes and next steps logged in the CRM to maintain pipeline visibility.
- Work closely with the internal sales team to keep handoffs clean and efficient.
