The Role
We are looking for a proactive and innovative Digital PR Executive to join our agency team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and amplifying our clients’ brand presence, while turning creative ideas into measurable results.You will help design and execute strategic PR campaigns, craft engaging content ideas, and leverage media and key opinion leader (KOL) relationships to maximize brand visibility.
Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help drive audience engagement, strengthen brand reputation, and contribute to tangible business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic PR Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage public relations campaigns that help achieve clients’ communication goals.
- Media and Key Opinion Leader Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.
- Content Development: Support the creation of content strategies and ideas across various platforms, including press releases, branded partnerships, KOL campaigns, and other digital assets. Ensure all content aligns with and strengthens the overall campaign strategy.
- Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign performance, media pickups, and audience engagement, providing actionable insights for optimization and post-campaign reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and goals.
- Crisis Management Support: Assist in managing online reputation and respond to potential PR crises quickly and efficiently.
- Admin Support: Manage administrative tasks related to compiling, organizing, and processing invoices and essential documents for external partners, ensuring timely and accurate payment releases.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor PR and KOL trends, social media developments, and industry news to inform strategy adjustments and provide actionable cultural insights that strengthen current and future campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PR or Influencer Marketing, and or social media management.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including social media platforms and content marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital PR tools such as Telum, Upfluence, and Google Analytics is a plus, but not required.
