Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Staff to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and discretion in handling confidential information, particularly in an office or educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned departments or teams.
- Handle daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
- Respond to inquiries and provide basic customer service support when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation and filing systems.
- Support office operations by monitoring supplies and assisting with basic procurement requests.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information and documents.
- Assist in implementing office procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or any related four (4)-year course.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage, preferably in an educational or office setting.
- Basic administrative and office skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
- Can handle confidential information responsibly and with discretion.
