At least 1 year experience with Recruitment, Selection and Placement including Workforce Planning
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:
Under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, the Human Resource Management Officer I (HRMO I) is responsible for the implementation of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) processes for plantilla personnel. The position also handles workforce planning activities, including staffing analysis and plantilla management, and ensures coordination with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on relevant HR actions.Perform other related task inherent to the position.
