JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Kalinisan at Kaayusan (Cleaning and Sanitation)
  • Paglilinis ng opisina kabilang ang pagwawalis, pagmo-mop ng sahig, at pagpupunas ng alikabok sa mga mesa, upuan, computer, at filing cabinets
  • Paglilinis at pagpapanatili ng kalinisan ng restroom; pagsigurong may sapat na sabon at tissue
  • Pagkolekta at tamang pagtatapon ng basura
  • Pagpapanatili ng kalinisan ng pantry, kabilang ang paghuhugas ng pinggan, baso, at paglilinis ng refrigerator at microwave
  1. Gawaing Opisina at Errand (Office Support and Errands)
  • Paghahatid ng mga dokumento, sulat, at report sa loob at labas ng opisina
  • Pagbabayad ng bills at pagproseso ng bank transactions
  • Pagbili ng groceries, pantry supplies, at office supplies
  • Pag-aasikaso ng bisita at paghahanda ng kape o tubig kung kinakailangan
  1. Maintenance at Setup (Minor Repairs and Setup)
  • Pagsasaayos ng meeting room bago at pagkatapos ng meeting
  • Paggawa ng minor repairs tulad ng pagpapalit ng bumbilya, pag-aayos ng simpleng sira sa pinto o upuan
  • Pagtiyak na maayos ang gamit at kagamitan tulad ng aircon at water dispenser
  1. Pagbubukas at Pagsasara ng Opisina (Opening and Closing Duties)
  • Pagsisindi at pagpatay ng ilaw, aircon, at iba pang kagamitan
  • Pagsigurong naka-lock ang lahat ng pinto at bintana pagkatapos ng office hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Graduate o Vocational Course Graduate (TESDA)
  • Marunong at masinop sa paglilinis at paggamit ng kagamitan
  • Mapagkakatiwalaan, masipag, maagap, at may malasakit sa trabaho
