Site Operations Supervisor

The person we are looking for is someone who will support the site manager carry out the day-to-day operations of the site located in Cabuyao Laguna. If you have obtained at least two (2) years of solid experience as Warehouse Operations Supervisor in a third-party logistics company, then you are the person we need. Specifically, the role is primarily in charge of supervising the daily warehouse operations ensuring that work is accurately completed within established time frame. Further, he/she shall be tasked also to:

1. Handle the daily schedule of warehouse personnel.
2. Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventive maintenance programs and all necessary repairs.
3. Address operational problems or elevate the same to immediate superior for final resolution.

Qualifications:

• Must have obtained at least two (2) years SOLID experience on the job as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor.

Preferably, graduate of Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any other Engineering course.
