Role Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Implementation Data Operations Specialist to support implementation projects through financial data reconciliation, billing analysis, data validation, and system mapping activities.

This role is heavily focused on data accuracy, reconciliation, quality assurance, and financial operations support. The ideal candidate has experience working with accounting, billing, revenue, or financial datasets and is comfortable identifying discrepancies, cleaning data, validating records, and ensuring implementation accuracy across multiple systems.

This is not a traditional customer support or project coordination role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving data-related challenges, working with large datasets, and supporting complex implementation workflows behind the scenes.

You will work closely with Implementation Managers to reduce manual workload, improve implementation accuracy, and help scale operational processes as the company continues to grow rapidly.

• Perform financial data reconciliation across multiple systems and platforms
• Review, validate, and clean large datasets to ensure data accuracy
• Conduct customer, product, billing, and revenue mapping between systems
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and resolve data inconsistencies
• Support historical billing, invoicing, revenue, and transaction reconciliation efforts
• Execute spreadsheet-based analysis, validation, and reconciliation tasks
• Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews and exception handling
• Assist with implementation-related data migration, validation, and operational workflows
• Document findings, processes, and reconciliation procedures
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to ensure successful project execution

• Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Proven ability to identify discrepancies, errors, and data inconsistencies
• Experience working with financial, billing, revenue, or transactional data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with implementation operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or SaaS operations
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and billing systems
• Experience working with:

• Experience supporting audits, financial reporting, or data quality initiatives
