About the role
In1go Technologies, Inc is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our dynamic team in our office located in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As the AR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our accounts receivable processes, ensuring the timely collection of payments and maintaining strong client relationships.This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our thriving technology company.
What you'll be doing- Oversee and streamline the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and negotiate payment terms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable, customer information, and payment histories
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure the integrity of financial data
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the AR function
- Support the team in other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in the technology or professional services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Familiarity with accounts receivable best practices and industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
