We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a short-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and support our finance team with billing, collections, and reconciliation tasks.

Responsibilities:

Process and monitor incoming payments

Prepare and send invoices

Follow up on outstanding accounts

Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions

Assist with month-end closing activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Can start immediately and commit to a 1-month engagement
