FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations, including managerial leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, catering, and

• Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all 40+ outlets within Cebu City, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead banquet and event operations, ensuring smooth execution and memorable guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant supervisors, banquet managers, and F&B staff.
• Oversee manpower planning, scheduling, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and service across all outlets.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure F&B operations contribute to positive guest reviews and repeat business.
• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, kitchens, catering services, and banquet functions.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and customer service.
• Develop and enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures.
