is looking for:

FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANT

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and specials.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring appropriate presentation and timing.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or requests.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions following company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down tables for events, ensuring excellent presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Promote and upsell menu items, including specialty beverages and desserts.
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and signature drinks.
  • Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
  • Participate in the training of new team members and provide mentorship.
  • Handle special requests regarding dietary restrictions or allergies sensitively.
  • Maintain knowledge of current food trends, wine pairings, and cocktail offerings.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean working environment.
  • Engage with guests to foster a warm, inviting atmosphere.
  • Support the housekeeping team by coordinating cleaning schedules for dining areas.
  • Attend regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and menu updates.
  • Assist in promoting the resort’s events and special offerings to guests.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality setting; fresh graduates with relevant training may also apply.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food and beverage service procedures, with a strong attention to detail and teamwork.
