We are looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator to support the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of campus facilities. The ideal candidate will help ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, property management, or building operations.
  • Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, occupational safety, and facility standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in educational institutions or large-scale facilities is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CMMS, procurement processes, vendor management, and facilities software is preferred.
