BUILDING MANAGER

Job descriptions:

• Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the building(s) and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents.
• Prepare regular reports for management.
• Serve as a point of contact for building occupants and address tenant concerns and requests..
• Plan, organize, and conduct regular safety drills and training for building occupants.
• Processing and renewal of all regulatory requirements necessary for operations and maintenance of all buildings and facilities.
• Implement and enforce policies related to building use and maintenance.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience of at least three years, particularly in facility or property management.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Preferably with experience as Safety Officer
• Proactive, with a strong service orientation and solution-seeking skills.
• People-oriented, effective in building working and interpersonal relationships, and results-driven.
