Job Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties
  • Ensure properties are maintained to company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
  1. Financial Management
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Monitor income and expenses to ensure profitability of managed properties
  • Approve expenditures and ensure cost-efficiency in operations
  1. Tenant and Client Relations
  • Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention
  • Handle escalated tenant concerns, disputes, and complaints
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders
  1. Team Leadership and Development
  • Supervise property management supervisors, administrative staff, and maintenance personnel
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations
  • Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities
  • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork
  1. Maintenance and Facilities Oversight
  • Ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs
  • Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  1. Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to local laws, building codes, and company policies
  • Manage insurance requirements, permits, and legal documentation
  • Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks
  1. Strategic Planning and Reporting
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve property performance
  • Analyze market trends to recommend rental rates and property enhancements
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management
  • Support expansion efforts, including new property acquisitions or onboarding

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in property management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of property operations, leasing, and facilities management
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and reporting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with local property laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office tools
