We are looking for someone who:
- Manage the company’s accounting functions, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting; coordinates with the Finance Department in Hong Kong
- Handle business permits and regulatory compliance (e.g., BFP, Sanitary, LGU, OSH, SEC/PEZA and other requirements)
- Gather information and prepares financial and operational reports for management
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are properly filed and monitors compliance with laws and regulations
- Process bi-weekly payroll; coordinates with Hong Kong HR/Finance teams by calculating pay, distributing salaries, and processing employees’ government remittances and benefits (HMO, etc.)
- Coordinate with different departments in the Philippines and Hong Kong to ensure collaboration and smooth flow of operations
- Support bank transactions needed for payroll and administrative purposes
- Assist in building and facilities administration (vendors, maintenance, office supplies, tenant coordination)
- Manage document filing and record keeping (contracts, internal records, permits, financial documents)
- Provide basic administrative support for management and departments (meeting coordination, internal requests)
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during audit processes
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by managers/supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or equivalentl
- Good numerical sense is essential
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Must have experience in basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Experience in business permit processing and regulatory compliance is highly preferred
- Experience in audit coordination and working with external auditors is a plus
- Must have experience in payroll processing and government remittances
- Experience in employee benefits administration, labor laws/Labor Code, and accounting operations is a plus
- Experience in Administration and HR operations is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office; payroll and accounting systems is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in Filipino and English
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- RETURN TO OFFICE in Ayala, Makati
- Immediate availability is an advantage
