We are looking for someone who:

  • Manage the company’s accounting functions, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting; coordinates with the Finance Department in Hong Kong
  • Handle business permits and regulatory compliance (e.g., BFP, Sanitary, LGU, OSH, SEC/PEZA and other requirements)
  • Gather information and prepares financial and operational reports for management
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are properly filed and monitors compliance with laws and regulations
  • Process bi-weekly payroll; coordinates with Hong Kong HR/Finance teams by calculating pay, distributing salaries, and processing employees’ government remittances and benefits (HMO, etc.)
  • Coordinate with different departments in the Philippines and Hong Kong to ensure collaboration and smooth flow of operations
  • Support bank transactions needed for payroll and administrative purposes
  • Assist in building and facilities administration (vendors, maintenance, office supplies, tenant coordination)
  • Manage document filing and record keeping (contracts, internal records, permits, financial documents)
  • Provide basic administrative support for management and departments (meeting coordination, internal requests)
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during audit processes
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by managers/supervisors

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, or equivalentl
  • Good numerical sense is essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Must have experience in basic accounting and bookkeeping
  • Experience in business permit processing and regulatory compliance is highly preferred
  • Experience in audit coordination and working with external auditors is a plus
  • Must have experience in payroll processing and government remittances
  • Experience in employee benefits administration, labor laws/Labor Code, and accounting operations is a plus
  • Experience in Administration and HR operations is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office; payroll and accounting systems is a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in Filipino and English
  • Able to work independently and multitask
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • RETURN TO OFFICE in Ayala, Makati
