Cashier / Customer Service Representative
The Cashier/Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer transactions accurately while delivering excellent customer service. This role includes managing cash and POS operations, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting both front-of-house and basic back-of-the-house functions as needed.The position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
- With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in hotel or restaurant operations
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1+ years of cashier or customer service experience.
- With TESDA certification/training (e.g., Food and Beverage Services NC II or equivalent) is an advantage
- Experience with any POS system is required for this position.
- Experience in cash handling and customer service
- With background in back-of-the-house operations is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
